About this event

What is Strategy Coordinator Training?

Strategy Coordinator training (SC training) asks the question, ‘What is it going to take to get the gospel to every one in my people group?’  It is purposefully huge in scale and should be a little daunting.

We start out with the Brutal Facts (participants complete the UPG profile prior to coming) about each participants’ people group, then brainstorm and Research God’s Resources that could be utilized to impact your people group.

With these two pieces of vital information participants begin developing a Master Plan that seeks to address, ‘What is it going to take to see all of my group reached in the next 3-5 years?’ From the Master Plan, 3-6 month goals are developed that answer the question ‘What am I going to do in the next 3-6 months to move the master plan forward?’ Monthly Reports are then turned in so that coaches can keep up with how the goals and Master plan are progressing.

Our hope is that SC Training creates an ethos across Global Gates and among Great Commission partners that unifies us in our vision of seeing reproducing evangelism and discipleship that leads to churches among unreached people groups.

Fees: Cost of the training is free to Global Gates missionaries and Associates. The cost is $200 for all others. All participants are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and food.

Assignment Requirements

Pre and post event assignments are required for all participants.

There are many other hotels throughout NYC, along with AirBnB options you can secure. We do not recommend staying in New Jersey, as transportation to the venue would be difficult.
