International Day for the Unreached
May 24 is the International Day for the Unreached, a global invitation to remember the 3.4 billion people across 7,400+ unreached people groups who still have little or no access to the gospel.
An estimated 180+ unreached people groups now call North America home, making global gateway cities one of the most strategic mission fields in the world today.
That’s why we equip Christians to recognize the mission field around them, and respond with prayer, presence, and gospel witness. This International Day for the Unreached, we’re asking one simple question: Will we see them?
Join the #WillWeSeeThem Challenge
On May 24, break up your normal routine, and practice seeing differently.
Go somewhere public—a coffee shop, park, international market, or local college campus.
Pause. Look around. Pray.
Ask God:
“Help me see who You see.”
Spend 10 intentional minutes praying for the people around you:
- For spiritual blindness to be removed
- For curiosity and hunger for Jesus to grow
- For dissatisfaction with empty religion and false hope
- For divine appointments and Gospel conversations
- For them to feel seen and valued
- For entire families to come to know Christ together
- For children to grow up hearing the Gospel clearly
- For generational cycles of hopelessness and bondage to be broken
- For the kingdom of God to move among unreached peoples
- For access to the Gospel in every language and culture
If you joined the #WillWeSeeThem Challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
Share your experience below—it may encourage someone else to see differently too.
