Global Gates exists to reach the ends of the earth through global gateway cities. We are seeking a leader who is committed to the Great Commission, experienced in organizational leadership, and passionate about equipping missionaries and multiplying gospel movements among the nations.

- Drawing on your background and experience, along with your understanding of our current situation and future goals, what specific actions and measurable benchmarks would you set for your first 30, 60, and 90 days as the Executive Director of Global Gates? (Please limit your response to approximately 1000 words or less.)
- Share with us how you have dealt with conflict between missionaries that you have supervised. What were your strategies for renewal of relationship? If continued conflict, how did you resolve this situation? (Please limit your response to approximately 500 words or less.)
- Global Gates as an organization has struggled to push into the field 3 (gathering and discipling), 4 (church planting), and 5 (leadership development) for unreached people groups. How would you help the Global Gates missionaries push through these barriers, in light of the difficulties understood in diaspora missions in global cities? (Please limit your response to approximately 500 words or less.)
- A reporter has written in a secular publication derogatory comments about one of our Global Gates teams in an urban area. It criticizes their approach to reaching (Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, etc) as being racist. The community is demanding a response. What is your response as the Executive Director of this organization for the both externally and internally? (Please limit your response to approximately 500 words or less.)
